What is an EEO-1 Report?
An EEO-1 Report is an annual, mandatory report that private sector employers with more than 100 employees or federal contractors with 50 or more employees must complete. The report requires you to submit workforce demographic data, including by job category and sex and race or ethnicity to the EEOC.

Proposed dates for 2024 EEO-1 Data Report submission is Tuesday, May 20, 2025 through Tuesday, June 24, 2025.
