Desiree has led internal mock audits, analyzed recruitment practices to identify risk areas, performed adverse impact analysis on employment decisions, and launched enterprise-wide training. Desiree is SPHR certified, holds a Bachelor’s Degree from California State University, and a Master’s Degree from Roosevelt University.

Renee attended Augusta University and graduated with a bachelor's degree in business management. At OutSolve, Renee leads a team of HR compliance consultants. Her experience with recruiting systems has been of great benefit in working with clients regarding business processes.
