Vickie has been with OutSolve for more than 20 years and takes great pride in her responsibilities as Sr. VP Operations at OutSolve. She maintains close relationships with clients by delivering dedicated customer service and executing quality workmanship in the services provided. Vickie regularly assists in the mentoring of consultants and lends critical input on complex regulatory issues that arise. She achieved her PHR certification in 2007. Vickie enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.
Renee Arazie
At OutSolve, Renee leads a team of HR compliance consultants. Her experience with recruiting systems has been of great benefit in working with clients regarding business processes. Prior to joining OutSolve, Renee was part of a Talent Acquisition team for a global business analytics and information services firm for several years, where she recruited for several different US departments. Renee managed global process improvement projects as the applicant tracking system administrator and global trainer, as well as analyzed hiring metrics and data integrity.
