Full job description
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our pipeline and accelerate new business growth. As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact with prospective clients, driving outbound outreach, qualifying leads, and booking discovery meetings for our Account Executive team.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role ideal for someone who is competitive, curious, and eager to launch a career in B2B sales within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn messages
- Identify and engage HR and Legal decision makers at mid-size and enterprise-level companies
- Qualify leads based on need, timing, and budget, then book discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on campaign execution and persona targeting
- Use our sales tech stack (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator,etc.) to maximize reach and efficiency
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in HubSpot
- Consistently hit weekly and monthly activity goals and pipeline creation targets
- Learn our solutions deeply and stay current on trends in workforce compliance
Performance Metrics
- Meetings set per week/month
- Pipeline value generated
- Response and connect rates
- Conversion of meetings to qualified opportunities
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of B2B sales, sales development, or customer-facing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Coachable, curious, and motivated to succeed in a performance-driven environment
- Comfortable with outbound calling and managing rejection professionally
- Prior experience with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
