The Junior Sales Consultant will work with the Sales team to generate new sales for OutSolve. The selected candidate will initiate and maintain favorable, informed relationships with clients in a proactive manner.
Sell new and add-on services to clients
Maintain client retention rate above 95%
Maintain customer relations and communications
Maintain customer data and contacts
Initiate reciprocal client/contractor awareness
Participate in conferences and training
Coordinate with marketing to generate marketing campaigns, leads, marketing collateral, customer events, services, surveys, etc.
Serve as liaison for sales and consulting staff regarding client needs
Provide support of all company events
Education: Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred
Experience: Three to five years preferred with sales account management experience
