Sales Consultant

Job Summary

The Sales Consultant will work with the Sales and Marketing to generate new sales for OutSolve. The selected candidate will initiate and maintain favorable, informed relationships with both prospects and clients in a proactive manner.

 

General Accountabilities

  • Sell new and add-on services to both prospects and clients

  • Identify target groups and execute campaigns with tracked results in HubSpot

  • Coordinate with marketing to generate marketing campaigns, leads, marketing collateral, customer events, services, surveys, etc.

  • Schedule demonstration calls with appropriate internal experts

  • Develop and submit detailed proposals

  • Conduct follow-up sales activity to successfully add services

  • Initiate reciprocal client/contractor awareness to ongoing industry news surrounding related topics.

  • Participate in conferences and training

  • Serve as liaison for sales and consulting staff regarding client needs

  • Provide support of all company events

Job Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Experience: Three to five years preferred with sales account management experience

 

Skills

  • Sales experience

  • Proven ability to close business opportunities

  • Professional written and verbal communication

  • Task and detail oriented

  • Customer-focused support and advocacy

  • Self-starter with the ability to collaborate with multiple groups

  • Computer proficiency (Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint)
