Candidate would lead OutSolve’s efforts in pay equity analyses and multiple forms of EEO/Affirmative Action statistics. This person must be able to analyze employment and compensation data for clients to determine if systemic issues exist. Candidate must have great communication skills and would be required to speak to clients regarding analysis results and provide recommendations for salary adjustments to eliminate pay issues. Candidate will also prepare blog posts, articles, and webinar presentations for client or staff consumption on the subject of compensation best practices, how best to avoid pay equity disparities, as well as other pertinent statistical focused topics. Candidate would also provide a supporting role to OutSolve consultants when speaking with clients related to Department of Labor audits, EEO statistics and compensation reporting.
