Marketing Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing team. The Marketing Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in implementing best practices for campaign management, maintaining high standards for data integrity, and measuring the impact of marketing efforts. This role requires a keen eye for detail and strong organization and software automation skills.


Candidate Profile

Education and Experience

  • Proven experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Strong proficiency in sales and marketing tools and platforms, including HubSpot
Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, or data visualization software.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.


Core Work Activities

Campaign Measurement

  • Set and maintain standards for campaign management, including the implementation and monitoring of best practices for UTM parameters and conversion tracking.
  • Measure the performance and effectiveness of marketing efforts at every stage of the customer journey.

 Content Analysis and Management

  • Measure the impact of marketing content and collateral, making data-driven adjustments to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Support structure for sales and marketing collateral materials, overseeing their creation, distribution, and effectiveness.

 Customer Lifecycle Automation

  • Manage and optimize customer lifecycle automation, ensuring that communications are timely, relevant, and engaging.
  • Implement and manage contact and company lead scoring systems to identify high-potential leads and accounts.
