What's the difference?
DEI, Affirmative Action, and Non-Discrimination in Employment
A lot is changing in the world of HR Compliance with the rescission of EO 11246. Terms like affirmative action, DEI, and non-discrimination and what they mean to your business are also changing. And while they may appear like the same thing on the outside, when we pull back the layers, they are anything but. Jeremy Mancheski, OutSolve Founder and CEO, delivers a candid, no-holds barred informational session that takes a closer look at the differences in these seemingly similar terms with regard to history as well as current usage in a new administration and challenging regulatory environment.
