The Customer Care Assistant will provide support to the Customer Care Manager in all aspects of the account management and sales processes and will drive customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred
Experience:1+ year(s) experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Marketing, Call Center, Office Assistant or related professional area preferred
