Customer Care Assistant

Overview

Tremendous opportunity to be an expert within an established EEO consulting firm. The candidate would provide support to the Customer Care Manager in all aspects of the account management and sales processes, and will drive customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.

 

Candidate must have a friendly and professional demeanor, great communication skills and experience working on a team. Candidate must also pay high attention to detail and have the ability to multi-task and stay organized. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred. One or more years of experience in Customer Service, Sales and Marketing, Call Center, Administrative Assistance, or related professional area is preferred.

 

Core Work Activities

  • Administrative support
    • Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify customer data and contact information.
    • Prepare detailed service agreements to accurately reflect customer's contracted services.
    • Prioritize schedule of contract renewals and communicate upcoming expiration dates.
    • Maintain record of delinquent clients and send quarterly communication to terminate inactive accounts.
  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service
    • Initiate process to introduce new clients to assigned Team and welcome to OutSolve.
    • Prepare and send monthly communication to existing accounts to solicit feedback on consulting performance. Manage client replies. Track and catalogue responses.
    • Executes exemplary customer service to drive customer satisfaction assisting the client and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Building Successful Relationships
    • Works collaboratively with SVP of Operations and Team Leads to assign and track new clients ensuring that business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for quality service delivery.
    • Acts as a liaison, when necessary, between Sales and Marketing to ensure sales efforts are coordinated and complimentary.
  • Additional Responsibilities 
    • Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.
