About the Webinar

OutSolve is fortunate to have a great partner organization from the employment law field, who joined us for a new presentation! Josh Roffman and Alissa Horvitz from Roffman Horvitz, PLC, have significant experience in affirmative action planning and OFCCP audits. They have conducted a live discussion on current audits and new regulatory developments, expected changes in a Biden Administration, and how to plan for those changes now. Attendees also got an update from OutSolve consultants on the new California Senate Bill 973 (SB973) mandating that certain employers file a pay data report on or before March 31, 2021. The California pay report is designed to mimic the Pay Data Component 2 submission that employers made to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in 2019 for their 2018 and 2017 data. This seminar is a great opportunity to obtain a well-rounded perspective on compliance and the impact of key decisions as we conclude another active year and head into 2021.
